About Jessika Maria Rauch

Strategy with an editorial mind.

Jessika Maria Rauch is an international communications advisor, journalist and moderator with more than eighteen years of experience across corporate, institutional and cultural environments.

Her work moves naturally between corporate communications, public affairs, executive positioning, luxury hospitality, culture and tourism. Throughout her career, she has advised CEOs, ministries, family businesses, globally operating brands and internationally recognised projects, while leading international communications teams and developing strategies that create clarity, credibility and lasting visibility.

What distinguishes her work is the ability to combine the strategic perspective of an experienced communications executive with the curiosity of a journalist. Working across five languages and many more cultures, she advises leadership teams, develops communication strategies, connects clients with the right media and stakeholders, moderates conversations and continues to write and publish herself.

Today, Jessika Maria Rauch works independently from Luxembourg with clients across Europe, convinced that the best communication begins with understanding—and that the best communicators never lose their curiosity.

Professional Journey

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences and a Master of Arts in Communications with a focus on media and politics, Jessika Maria Rauch has built a career that bridges strategic communications, journalism and leadership.

Her professional journey has taken her from editorial work and international corporate communications to executive leadership before establishing her own strategic communications consultancy in Luxembourg.

Over the past eighteen years, she has held global leadership positions at Villeroy & Boch, advised Luxembourg ministries, national initiatives and internationally recognised projects, and led communications for milestones such as Esch2022 – European Capital of Culture and the Luxembourg Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka.

Alongside her strategic advisory work, she has continued to write and publish as a journalist and author – bringing an editorial perspective to every project she undertakes.

Her work is united by a common thread: partnering with organisations that create lasting value. From global brands and family businesses to cultural institutions, social initiatives and sustainable enterprises, she helps turn purpose into narratives that build trust, strengthen reputations and create meaningful visibility.

Work With Jessika

Every collaboration starts with listening.

Before strategies are developed, messages written or interviews prepared, Jessika Maria Rauch takes the time to understand the wider context; its people, purpose, ambitions and challenges.

Whether advising a company, a public institution or an individual, she believes that every organisation, project and personality has its own identity that deserves to be understood before it is communicated.

Communication challenges often originate elsewhere: in positioning, organisational structures, leadership, stakeholder relationships or simply the absence of a clear narrative.

Looking at the full picture before defining communication has therefore become one of the guiding principles of her work.

Some collaborations begin with a single project. Many grow into long-term partnerships built on trust, continuity and a shared commitment to quality.
